FIELD: working parts by cutting, damping oscillations of cutting tool.

SUBSTANCE: cutting tool has guides in which cutting member, elastic member and fastening member are arranged. In order to lower dynamic action due to damping oscillations and lowering initial impulse of cut-in, tool is provided with additional elastic member. Cutting member has front portion in the form of head, mean portion and back portion in the form of holder. Guides are cylindrical ones, they are arranged in housing of tool normally relative to cutting member having mounting grooves for joining with guides. One groove is arranged under front portion, other groove is arranged over back portion of cutting member. Elastic members are arranged opposite relative to mounting grooves. Fastening member is in the form of pressure cleats and threaded joint realized through additional opening in mean portion of cutting member.

EFFECT: lowered dynamic action due to damping oscillations of tool.
