FIELD: agriculture, plant selection.
SUBSTANCE: explants of potato plant of the strain "Lugovskoy" are co-cultured with the transformed strain A. tumefaciens and then placed on the nutrient medium for inducing callus-formation followed by regeneration of fertile transgenic plants from them. Co-culturing is carried out by contact of explants with a filter wetted with bacterial suspension containing zeatin taken in the amount 0.2-1.0 mg/l, benzylaminopurine taken in the amount 0.2-1.0 mg/l and naththyl acetic acid taken in the amount 0.01-0.05 mg/l. On the 8-th day explants are placed on the regenerating medium containing zeatin taken in the amount 0.2-1.0 mg/l, benzylaminopurine taken in the amount 0.2-1.0 mg/l and gibberellic acid (GA3) taken in the amount 0.01-0.05 mg/l. Invention provides increasing yield of transformed plants.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
