FIELD: biotechnology, in particular production of genetically modified plants of white cabbage.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cocultivation of white cabbage explants with agrobacterium strain having plasmids with selective marker and useful genes. Strain slurry is evenly applied on surface of agar nutrient medium; surface is covered with paper filter and explants are placed on filters for 24±2 h at 16-20±1°C. To actuate callus formation and regeneration explans are placed on broth containing kinetine in amount of 1.0-4.5 mg/l; BAP in amount of 1.0-4.5 mg/l; and antibiotic carbenicillin with concentration of 40-50 mg/l.
EFFECT: method of increased effectiveness.
