FIELD: hydrometallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: palladium is selectively recovered from solutions by precipitation with water-soluble xanthogenates followed by refinement of palladium precipitates to remove impurities. Refinement is carried out at 40-75оС using repulping in solution of 10-50 g/dm3 thiocarbamide and 20-50 g/dm3 hydrochloric acid.
EFFECT: increased selectivity of recovery from different-composition solutions containing platinum, silver, and copper.
