Proposed device contains electromagnetic optical radiation source radiating simultaneously electromagnetic ultraviolet, visible and infrared waves. Said source of electromagnetic radiation may contains several converters of electric energy into electromagnetic optical radiation energy Halogen lamps can be used as such converters.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of draining of high-viscosity solidifying chemical products from reservoirs, reduced time taken for draining and power consumption.
