FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: dry amorphous products comprise biologically active inclusions, in particular, those possessing therapeutic effect, and mixtures providing stabilization by convection heating. Method involves preparing solution or suspension of biological component and mixture of substances containing predetermined components; drying solution or suspension at predetermined temperature at inlet end, with relative moisture content being regulated.
EFFECT: increased stabilization of biological components and, accordingly, improved quality of amorphous products.
