FIELD: medicinal equipment and instruments, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing mini-access operations upon organs of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space. Retractor contains a hinged petal connected with fixing plate to install support ring, two lateral petals with possibility for independent rotation against the central petal, and flat small petal. The latter is installed at the end of central petal with possibility to rotate around frontal and sagittal planes against central petal. Section of central, lateral and small petals has the opportunity to rotate in frontal and sagittal planes. Central and lateral petals are designed in the form of a cylinder. Surface of all petals is polished as a mirror to illuminate sites which are hard to reach. As a result, volume of operational space without shades and flashes and without creeping fatty fiber over in tissue depth is increased. Operational space is not changed and has reliable fixation to increase area of operative interference from small incisions for the possibility to manipulate freely in abdominal and retroperitoneal areas which are hard to reach.
