FIELD: medical instruments.

SUBSTANCE: wound expander can be used at surgical operations made from mini-access at abdominal cavity organs. Retractor has removable washers and branches with fixing mechanism and with joint for removable washers at working end. Removable washers have heights of 65 cm and 130 cm correspondingly. Any washer is made with curve at straight angle and it ends up with rectangular loop. Internal side of any washer is flat and it is provided with notches. Operational area is visually increased as well as angle of action. Depth of operational wound can be adjusted which provides ability of free manipulation inside abdominal cavity.

EFFECT: improved reliability of fixation of organ tissue.
