FIELD: pharmaceutical and food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing the preparation of phenolic nature from vegetable raw. Peach leaves or flowers, or leaves and flowers or eyebright stems and/or leaves, and/or flowers, and/or roots are extracted with purified water in the ratio = (1:10)-(1:20) at 95-100 C for 1 h, not less. The prepared extract is poured off and to the remained mass 20-60% of water of its initial volume is added and extracted again under the same conditions. Extracts are combined, concentrated at heating at 95-100 C up to reducing volume of extract by 2-fold, not less. The concentrate is settled at 0-10 C for 24-48 h, filtered, centrifuged, unfiltered residue is separated and concentrated again by evaporation on boiling water bath up to preparing the concentrate with the content of phenolic substances 10%, not less, to the volume unit. During the extraction process inert substances from surface of extract are removed, the concentrate is settled for 24 h, not less, at 0-10 C, precipitate is removed and the final product is preserved with ethyl alcohol. Invention provides enhancing quality of the preparation, reducing inert substances and toxicity, elevating concentration of substances of phenolic nature, and increasing yield of useful product.
