FIELD: applied microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents stimulating the growth of bacterial cultures. The stimulating agent for growth of Escherichia coli bacterial cells represents a mixture of water-soluble salts of organic acids in the following ratio of their anions and mixture, mole %: acetate anion, 14-48; lactate anion, 6-29; succinate anion, 12-59; glutamate anion, 0.1-21. As cations of salts metals of 1 or 2 groups of D. I. Mendeleyev's law periodic system or ammonium can be used. The stimulating agent elicits the effective action on E. coli cells and has the standardized composition.
EFFECT: valuable properties of stimulating agent.
