SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing chimeric or modified TIE-2-ligand. Chimeric TIE-2-ligand binding and activating TIE-2 receptor comprises N-terminal domain, spirally folded domain and fibrinogen-like domain that are taken among TIE-2-ligand 1, TIE-2-ligand 2, TIE-ligand 3, TIE-ligand 4. The modified ligand can involves changes in nucleotide sequence 1102-1104 in fig. 4 encoding cysteine, or nucleotide sequence 555-557 in fig. 6 encoding arginine. Chimeric TIE-2-ligand is prepared by culturing cells transformed with the vector comprising nucleic acid that encodes chimeric TIE-2-ligand. Pharmaceutical composition for inducing hematopoiesis or neovascularization comprises chimeric or modified ligand. Invention provides carrying out the development of agents enhancing hematopoiesis.
EFFECT: valuable biological and medicinal properties of ligand, improved preparing method.
