SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing small-dispersed calcium hydroxylapatite (microgranules) of high purity that can be used in producing composition materials, bioceramics, materials stimulating recovery of osseous tissue, pharmaceutical vehicles. Method involves mixing calcium hydroxide and calcium monosubtituted phosphate monohydrate in the mole ratio Ca/P = 1.67, addition to this mixture of an aqueous solution containing hydrogel of natural origin with polymer concentration 0.01-10.0 wt.-%, precipitation of these substances at temperature 20-41 C and pH 6.8-7.2 followed by filtering and drying the end product as microgranules at temperature 105-160 C. Mixing and precipitation of substances are carried out for from 1 min to 1 h. Collagen or gelatin, or keratin, or placenta, or sodium alginate, or xanthane, or cellulose esters, or heparin, or chitosan are used as hydrogen of polymer of the natural origin. To provide spherical form and protection against bacterial damage for microgranules in simultaneous enhancement of bactericidal effect the precipitation of microgranules is carried out in solution of nontoxic antibacterial agent followed by its immobilization on non-woven fabric, and alkyl resorcinols as non-toxic antibacterial agent. Invention provides simplifying and accelerating the process for producing microgranules.
