FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides method and device for compensating output data of Coriolis flowmeter with one flow measuring tube, namely flow rate of material and its density at temperature differential between tube and balancer and flowmeter housing. Compensation for temperature mechanical stress of flowmeter tube is provided by use of resistive temperature-sensitive elements, one said element being secured on tube, and series connected additional temperature-sensitive elements on balancer and housing, providing transmission of signal on temperature conditions (mean temperature) inside flowmeter into measuring electronic unit. Density of material in flowmeter with one tube calibrated on two materials of different density (water and air) is measured by using density linear equation with nonlinear components.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements.
