FIELD: genetic engineering, molecular biology, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the development of microbiological yeast producer providing high yield of recombinant antigen of hepatitis virus B of serotype adw. By carrying out genetic-engineering procedures the yeast strain Hansenula polymorpha VKPM Y-2412 is prepared that is transformed with DNA sequence encoding HBsAg/adw fused with gene MOX promoter and with gene TRP3 and representing the producer of recombinant surface antigen of hepatitis B virus. Invention allows preparing enhanced levels in synthesis of antigen and simplifying methods for preparing cultures of high density.
