SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with new mixtures of oils being appropriate for application in food products. Butyric composition contains about 5-60weight% palm kernel stearine, about 20-95 weight% hydrogenated palm kernel oil or hardened cotton oil. Food product contains butyric composition. Composition for alternative to chocolate contains about 24-33 weight% fatty component as butyric composition with palm kernel oil. Food product contains composition for alternative to chocolate. The present innovation enables to obtain the mixture of oils to be appropriate to be applied as a substitute for coconut oil of good characteristics and both taste texture of coconut oil.
EFFECT: improved quality of butyric composition.
