FIELD: machine engineering, possibly manufacture of tools with deforming members for finishing by abrasive and plastic surface deforming of parts of different materials having trend for flaw occurring.
SUBSTANCE: tool includes common body in the form of sleeve supporting grinding wheel and strengthening disc. Grinding wheel is built-up one; its peripheral cutting layer is axially shifted. It is possible to restore outer diameter of worn grinding wheel and to change amplitude of oscillation of its cutting layer. Strengthening disc has smooth working outer surface made of material with low heat conductance factor. It is mounted with possibility of inclination by angle 0 - 2α relative to plane normal to common rotation axis of combination type tool by means of two tapered washers arranged at opposite (relative to grinding wheel) end of strengthening disc.
EFFECT: improved design, enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced efficiency and quality of working, lowered cost of tool.
