SUBSTANCE: method involves setting reaction of specific basophile vulnerability to damage with tuberculin. Sensorineural deafness severity degree with allergic component is determined from basophile degranulation index. Mean basophile degranulation index is calculated in %. Index mean being from 7.0±0.8% to 18.55±0.67%, sensorineural deafness concomitant with tuberculosis is to be diagnosed. The value being from 7.0±0.8% to 9.55±0.18%, sensorineural deafness of the first degree is to be diagnosed. The value being from 10.24±0.22% to 18.55±0.67%, sensorineural deafness of the second degree is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage diagnosis.
