FIELD: methods of production of multilayer metallized flexible materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with methods of production of multilayer metallized flexible materials, I n particular with a method of production of a flexible lacquer-foil polyimide material. The invention may be used in production of flexible printed circuit cards and flexible multilayer heat-insulating metallized materials of the roll type providing reflectance of infrared rays. A layer of the photopolyimide coating is formed on a surface of a metal foil. First a cleansing and defatting of the metal foil is conducted. Then a layer of a polyimide varnish of 5-150 microns thick is applied on the metal foil. Conduct its preliminary drying at the temperature of 40-100°С. Then they apply a tension force by winding the metal foil with the applied polyimide coating together with a spacing polymeric tape of correx of 100-400 microns thick under the temperature of 120-230°С up to the degree of polymerization of the polyimide coating of 60-70 %. Then the final drying is conducted at the temperature of 295-350°С up to the given degree of polymerization of a polyimide coating and cooling. In result the invention ensures a raise of technological effectiveness at reduction of time and expansion of functionalities of its use at production of flexible lacquer-foil polyimide materials.
