SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises 65.8% sugar syrup, carbohydrate modulus "Yantalak GF", rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks", purified drinking water, dry, vegetable tonic extract "Relikt" - "Red root Extract (tea French honey-suckle)" (Hedysarum) and sodium hydrocarbonate in the corresponding content of components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product. This provides enhanced biological and nutrient value of vodka, to expand assortment of low-toxic vodkas possessing anti-radiation, hepatoprotective and cardioprotective properties. Owing to synergetic effect of components and their quantitative content vodka possesses the pure vodka taste and aroma and a novel property expressed as reducing spasmodic responses of digestive tract in vodka intake. Also, invention provides significant softening vodka taste.
