SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 8.8-9.2 kg; glucose, 2.3-2.7 kg; succinic acid, 0.08-0.12 kg; apple vinegar, 0.1-0.2 l; rye bran aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 2.3-2.6 l; wheat bran aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 2.3-2.7 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provides the strength 40%. Invention provides to the ready product higher organoleptic indices and enhances the content of biologically active substances by 10%. According to record of the central tasting commission the taste score of proposed vodka is 9.65. The total content of used components and their quantitative ratio provides preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusions, showing very mild harmonic taste, specific vodka aroma typical for vodka prepared from bread raw with barely detected cream caramel in after taste.
