SUBSTANCE: one should carry out compression samples of surface temporal artery, measure linear circulatory rate both in lacrimal and orbital arteries. If linear circulatory rate in lacrimal artery at compression of surface temporal artery is less than that in orbital one the operation should be indicated for.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
