FIELD: remote monitoring of media.
SUBSTANCE: upwelling radiation of underlying surface is registered at two channels separated at edges of range with average wavelengths of λ1 and λ2 and then pixel-to-pixel difference resulting matrix is formed. Hidden data on mechanical stress field is found by calculating two-dimensional Fourier spectrum by means of image fragment inside selected contour A(x,y) of resulting matrix. Parts of image are visualized due to cutting low frequencies off by means of high-frequency filtration. The parts of image are visualized where mechanical stress field, i. e. more stressed parts of center of earthquake, change gradient is higher. After optimal filtration of spatial spectrum of fragment of image the function of image brightness A0(x, y) by reverse Fourier transform. Anomaly of image is identified for belonging to center of earthquake during visual comparison with standard values of fractal dimension, pattern of isoline drawings of stress field and shape of selected circuit.
EFFECT: improved contrast range of image.
