The ciliary body and its appendices taking frontal position relative to the line, intraocular lens implantation through corneal tunneling incision is considered to be indicated. The ciliary body and its appendices taking median or posterior position relative to the line, intraocular lens implantation through corneoscleral tunneling incision is to be indicated.
