METHOD TO CONTROL TRAPPING OF FUMES IN FUEL FILLING STATIONS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: transport engineering; filling stations.

SUBSTANCE: to control trapping of fuel fumes ion fuel filling stations electronic control unit is used connected with number of reference signals processed so as to make practically linear the function showing relation between volume of fumes trapped by system and volume of dispensed fuel. For this purpose compensating curve for several variables is introduced which are determined experimentally by preliminary calibration of suction pump and basing on reference signal supplied to control unit, actual speed of electric motor connected with pump is determined.

EFFECT: increased speed of operation, improved accuracy of results and control function resolution.
