Power inputs (6) and (7) of differentials (1) and (2) are kinematically interconnected. Controllable input (4) of differential (1) is connected with the driving link of worm gearing (5). The worm is connected with output (8) of differential (2). Controllable input (9) of differential (2) is connected with the means for control of speed of rotation (1).
EFFECT: smoothed control of speed of rotation .
