FIELD: chemical and other industries; thermoplastic materials processing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to processing of thermoplastic materials and may be used in the industries using an extrusion. The die head contains a body with a molding channel, in which there are hinge longitudinal plates with devices of their position adjustment. A position adjustment device contains a spring, a rod and a bolt permitting to change compression ratio of the spring. The spring one end rests on the bolt, and other - on the bead of a rod. On the opposite side of the rod there is a fixed thrust block, contacting with a molding plate through a rollers holder inserted into slots on the outer side of the molding plate. The internal part of the molding channel is coated with an elastic heat-resistant material. The invention ensures stabilization of pressure in the pre-mold zone of the extruder in case of a change of the technological parameters of the process during a different feed stock processing due to automatic change of a flow cross area of the molding channel, expansion of technological capabilities of the die head.
EFFECT: the invention ensures stabilization of pressure in the pre-mold zone of the extruder at a change of the technological parameters of the process, expansion of technological capabilities of the die head.
