FIELD: medical immunology, in particular methods for determination of functional activity of human complement components in human blood serum for diagnosis and biological preparations.
SUBSTANCE: Immunoglobulin G is sorbed in micropanel cups, then analyte containing human complement C4 component with unknown activity and human blood serum without C4-activity, as well as buffer solution containing calcium and magnesium ions are introduced into cups. Mixture is incubated, plate is washed and dried and then conjugate of enzyme with antibodies against human C4 component and said enzyme substrate is introduced into cups. Component C4 activity is calculated on the base of amount of formed fermentation reaction product. Method makes it possible to determine functional activity of human complement C4 component in one dilution.
EFFECT: method with increased accuracy.
