FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has ultrasonic transistor oscillator connected to piezo-ceramic ultrasonic radiator mounted in casing and having waveguide instrument attached to it. The radiator casing has two symmetrically arranged mirror-reflected halves having ring-shaped grooves to enable one to fix additional fan, air diffuser, ring for centering ultrasonic radiator and frontal disk shield manufactured from fluoroplastic material. Vertical double-sided slits are available in frontal part of the casing and half-round grooves are available in the centering ring. The ultrasonic oscillator has output transformer having an additional winding connected to the second rectifying bridge input, an additional power transformer having output winding connected to the first rectifying bridge input. The rectifying bridge inputs are connected in series and connected to fan electromotor.
EFFECT: high specific output power; prolonged uninterrupted operation of the device.
