FIELD: drying technology; drying loose materials, such as chicory, vegetables, etc.

SUBSTANCE: proposed drier has housing with loading bin and unloading unit and flexible perforated belt conveyer with drive. Carrying run of conveyer is provided with rollers mounted at definite pitch. Odd rollers are mounted stationary under belt and even rollers are mounted above belt; even rollers are mounted on guide provided with rack mechanism for motion of them in horizontal plane; guide with rack mechanism is mounted on bearing bed frame on both sides of drier; bearing bed frame is provided with movable supports for motion of even rollers in vertical plane.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying due to use of dense pouring layer of product; intensification of drying process; smooth drying and improved quality of product.
