FIELD: mechanics, heating.

SUBSTANCE: belt-type drier comprises case with flexible perforated belt conveyor, devices designed to heat carrier feed and withdrawal, loading device and unloading chute. The proposed device differs from known designs in that the aforesaid loading device and unloading chute are additionally furnished with a turner made up of a drum housing a reversing motor with output shaft opposite ends accommodating gear wheels. The aforesaid turner housing two side walls are furnished with parallel horizontal slots accommodating a rack for the turner gear wheels to move in the said slots. Note also that the drum face walls are furnished with the belt profile adjustment mechanism made up of the G-cramp provided with adjusting pins, the lower pin end accommodating a "П"-shape guide in contact with the flexible perforated belt edge. Mind that the said "П"-shape guides are designed to move in both horizontal and vertical planes thanks to adjustment of the pins' lengths.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption, higher efficiency of drying and higher finished product quality.
