FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying technology and can be used for drying different types of granular materials, for example for the production of dried vegetables, potatoes and others. The dryer contains a body with a flexible perforated belt and a mechanism of forming "progressive-waves", device for the delivering and removing the coolant, input device and off-loading tank. The mechanism for forming "progressive-waves" consists of two sequentially installed and repeatedly alternating devices: the first of them is a frame with four sliding bearings. At the central part of the frame a pneumatic cylinder is rigidly fixed. On the top part of the stock of the pneumatic cylinder is installed a horizontal axis with several bearings, which are in contact with the flexible perforated belt. On two side walls of the body of the dryer there are two parallel horizontal grooves, into which enter the sliding bearings with plates with possibility of back-and-forth motion. The second device is two coaxially installed crescent guides, which are in contact with the edges of the flexible perforated belt. At the central part of the crescent guides there are axes with sliding bearings and plates, with the possibility of back-and-forth motion to the upper horizontal groove for regulating the step "progressive-waves". Above and below the flexible perforated belt is installed a flexible partition forming a section for the cross motion of the coolant. The inlet hose for the coolant is placed in the last section of the dryer below the belt, and the output hose for the used coolant - above the belt in the first section of the dryer.

EFFECT: decrease in power consumption on the movement and mixing of the product, increase in the process of drying due to combined hydrodynamic regimes of processing the product.
