FIELD: radio physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio physics and can be applied in national systems of observation and geophysical data processing for earthquake forecast. Wave process arising in environment prior to blow is registered. Phase centre of wave process and its period are calculated. Characteristics of forthcoming blow are determined by their period dependence. Series recorded discrete reports are made. Period, magnitude and time of expected blow are calculated. Thus recoded discrete reports are presented by calculated values of electronic concentration in ionosphere created by propagation time measurement at two frequencies from systems GLONASS and GPS to device receiving and decoding navigating data and evaluating propagation delay of navigating space vehicle in ionosphere.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of forecast.
