SUBSTANCE: inpatients under testing one should evaluate hemodynamic value as a result of loading test. Moreover, as loading test a patient should perform a deep inhalation followed by respiration retention. One should evaluate pulse fullness before loading and at the peak of respiration retention and either at keeping or increasing of pulse fullness at the peak of respiration retention it is possible to predict the onset of hypertonia. The method increases the number of diagnostic means to predict hypertonia.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
