FIELD: devices for contacting of a gas with a liquid.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to devices for realization of mass exchanged processes run in a centrifugal field. The device contains a vertical cylindrical body and mounted in it in height contact horizontal partitions with overflow openings, under each of which there is a blinded from below and rigidly fixed on a rotating shaft liquid spraying cylinder. The difference is that the overflow openings in the adjacent contact partitions are shifted in respect to each other with formation of a cascade for a liquid in the body. The contact partitions have through openings for the rotating shafts. The liquid spraying cylinders are made gauzed. The invention allows to improve efficiency using a reliable contact between phases on the exterior part of the cylinder by means of atomization and spraying of a liquid in a gas stream, as well as a contact in the thin film of the liquid on the external part of the film cylinder.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased efficiency using a reliable contact between phases on the exterior part of the cylinder and a good contact in the thin film.
