FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: damping mechanism comprises two same arc-like members for cooperation with the tension device. The first member cooperates with the second member in the pivot contact point. The position of the contact point is determined by the specified asymmetrical coefficient of damping. The first member is also in a contact with the spring. The second member is in a contact with the lever of the tension device. The damping mechanism additionally has two damping shoes provided with the damping lining. The damping lining is connected with the damping shoe by means of vertical grooves in the damping shoe which cooperate with the grooves in the damping lining. The asymmetrical coefficient of damping of the damping mechanism is approximately equal to 1.5-2.
EFFECT: prolonged service life.
