SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Tensioning device comprises a base, a pivoting lever engaged with the base with a base, a pulley connected by means of a bearing with a pivoted lever, torsion spring, pusher pivoting and loaded in unwinding direction. Torsion spring is engaged with damping shoe engaged in friction engagement with base and having a portion of damping shoe, comprising fluoroplastic, mixed with matrix material of plastic, wherein the fluoroplastic ranges from 2 to 4% of the weight of the matrix material from the plastic.
EFFECT: wider range of technical means.
