FIELD: oil production; multi-phase separation of gas-and-liquid mixtures containing mechanical admixtures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed separator includes cylindrical housing with branch pipe for introduction of multi-phase mixture and branch pipes for discharge of gas, water, oil and mechanical admixtures. Mounted inside this housing is module separator, preferably of centrifugal type. Torus-shaped oil sprayer mounted above module separator is communicated with branch pipe discharging oil from module separator; torus-shaped comb connected with multi-phase inlet branch pipe and communicated with branch pipe introducing the multi-phase mixture into module separator is mounted below sprayer. Mounted in lower part of separator is torus-shaped receiver for discharge of mechanical admixtures from module separator.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation.
