Invention relates to applying new compounds and pharmaceutical compositions for treatment of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, cancer diseases, acidosis and obesity by inhibition of activity of enzyme malonyl-CoA-decarboxylase. Indicated compounds correspond to formulae (I)
