FIELD: metallurgy, possibly manufacture of blanks of discs of pelletized high-alloy nickel alloys for gas turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of isostatic pressing, annealing, two-stage deformation with intermediate recrystallization annealing and heat treatment. At each stage deformation is performed according to normalized degree 20-25% at total deformation 35 -40%. Intermediate recrystallization annealing is realized at temperature that is by 40-50°C lower than temperature of complete dissolution of γ' - phase.
EFFECT: improved mechanical and operational properties of blanks.
