FIELD: medicine, microbiology, in particular diagnosis of human urogenital tract infections, inflammations, and disbiotic conditions.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sampling of necessary material, its seeding onto selective broths, isolation and identification of microorganism pure cultures, and determination of their capability to inactivate antimicrobial platelet protein. Normal microflora of human urogenital tract contains microorganisms which are not capable to inactivate antimicrobial platelet protein or are capable to inactivate 20 % or less of antimicrobial platelet protein.
EFFECT: effective diagnosis method with improved accuracy.
