FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical microbiology. Method provides as follows. Analysed microorganism culture is grown in liquid nutrient medium. Then supernatant fluid is separated from microbial cells by filtration through membranes of pore size 0.2-0.45 mcm. Then antimicrobial thrombocyte protein (β-lysine) is added to supernatant fluid. It is combined with preparing two check samples: antimicrobial thrombocyte protein (β-lysine) is added to check sample 1; while physical solution instead of antimicrobial protein is added to check sample 2. Test and check samples are incubated that is followed with adding test culture Bacillus subtilis SRDE No.010011 to all the samples then incubated once more. Thereafter test and check samples are centrifuged. Deposited cells of test culture are re-suspended in 0.75 M saccharose solution and incubated. Then test and check samples are measured for optical densities. Change in test culture growth in test sample compared to that in check sample indicate producing inhibitors of antimicrobial thrombocyte protein (β-lysine) by microorganisms.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of microorganism analysis for ability to produce inhibitors of antimicrobial thrombocyte protein (β-lysine).
