SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out high ligation hernial sac. Surplus fat is removed in deep inguinal ring area. Posterior inguinal canal wall plastic repair is carried out first in lateral region by suturing aponeurotic and pre-exposed muscle portion of the transverse muscle, immobilized transverse fascia enveloping the muscle portion of the formed posterior inguinal canal wall to posterosuperior inguinal ligament segment. The deep inguinal ring is repaired. Abdominal internal oblique muscle and transverse muscle of abdomen are differentiated in preparing tissues. The transverse muscle is used for making plastic repair of deep inguinal ring zone. The deep inguinal ring is moved upwards by pulling abdominal internal oblique muscle edge laterally from the high ligated hernial sac neck stump. The sac neck stump is turned close to horizontal plane giving ascending direction to the 1-1.5 cm long spermatic cord segment in parallel to longitudinal axis of the inguinal canal.

EFFECT: improved tissue recovery in operation zone; reduced risk of postoperative complications.
