FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises sodium succinate, plant stevia herb syrup and aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water in the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product: stevia herb syrup, 0.08-0.1 l; sodium succinate, 0.7-0.9 kg, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the blend strength 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices due to conferring to vodka coffee-resinous tints in taste and aroma and enhancing the biological activity due to using sodium succinate enhancing effect of biologically active substances as components of plant stevia.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
