FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of sugar industry. The whizzer contains a housing with a cap and the bottom, a rotor suspended on the shaft in the upper support and a device for separation of run-off syrups. The device for separation of run-off syrups consists of two truncated cones placed one above another with equal angles of a conicity. The upper cone is rigidly connected to the wall of the housing, and the lower one is placed with a capability of its reciprocal motion in vertical direction. On the bottom of the housing there is a rigidly fixed ring-type partition, which together with the movable truncated cone forms the concentrically located channels for the run-off syrups withdrawal. The invention prevents mixing of the run-off syrups having different qualitative indices and ensures a possibility to realize the affination of sugar in the whizzer and to decrease the losses of sugar in the melasses.
EFFECT: the invention prevents mixing of the run-off syrups with different qualitative indices, ensures realization of the affination of sugar in the whizzer with decreased losses of sugar in the melasses.
