FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of separating fillmass of first crystallisation, which comprises feeding it into a centrifuge rotor, separating the intercrystalline solution in the form of a first effluent from its sugar crystals under the action of centrifugal force, crystals are washed with hot water with separation of the formed second effluent and measurement of mechanical effect of separated effluents with a sensitive element of the device for monitoring their separation. When the fillmass is lowered into the receiving fillmass mixer, its temperature is increased by 5-7 °C. When preparing it for loading into the rotor, the centrifuges are swung by the first effluent diluted to 82.5-83.5% of dry substances, until content in fillmass is 91.0-91.7% of dry substances, while maintaining its temperature of 66-72 °C, in the period of its centrifugal separation and achieving the mechanical effect of the first and second effluents on the sensitive element of this device in range of 0.035-0.020 MPa, their residues are removed from the inner surface of the centrifuge casing by spraying hot water through nozzles at a pressure in them in range of 0.3-0.4 MPa and water temperature 80-95 °C.
EFFECT: invention provides separation of the first and second effluents during the first crystallisation fillmass centrifugation.
