SUBSTANCE: method involves directing delivered dough strip through gap between rolls; transmitting vibration to at least one of rolls arranged opposite the other roll for slightly raising the delivered dough strip; moving said roll for predetermined distance away from said other roll; rolling delivered dough strip in said gap and drawing for producing of dough sheet. Dough strip transportation, rolling and drawing apparatus has first transportation means for feeding dough into gap between rolls, dough rolling and drawing means, and second transportation means, which raises dough strip and provides further transportation of dough sheet.
EFFECT: simplified rolling of dough strip into sheet.
