FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical training and breathing exercises. Muscle stretching exercises are done in lying position to the moment when patient is able to assume position with one straight leg stretched and the lateral foot surface resting on supporting surface and one straight arm stretched forward along the back. Then, gymnastic posture is assumed so that both straight legs are stretched and pressed against each other in lying side position. The other arm is pressed against femur or the other straight leg is arranged in perpendicular to back line and the other arm is bent in elbow and pressed with hand palm against the supporting surface with fingers directed towards the chest, or the other straight leg is bent with crus arranged in parallel to the stretched leg in lying position on the chest and the other arm is bent in elbow and pressed with hand palm turned forward against the supporting surface. Static voluntary muscle loading is done when expiring with stable equilibrium being retained in the assumed gymnastic posture. Muscle relaxation is done in inspiring.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring muscle tissue work and carrying out psychological rehabilitation; stimulated organism protection functions; restored full gamma of feelings.
