METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF THE RISK OF LONG-TERM CELLULAR ENERGY DEFICIENCY IN INFANTS BORN IN ULTRAEARLY PRETERM DELIVERY AT THE FIRST YEAR OF LIFE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2701724 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics. That is ensured by determining the activity of SDH and alpha-GPDH, the level of albumin and GGT in the blood upon achieving PCA of 38–40 weeks. Having obtained these data, calculating prognostic index X by formula X=5.31-0.0022*X1-0.012*X2-0.032*X3-0.027*X4, where X1 – activity of SDH in PCA 38–40 weeks (in standard units); X2 – activity of alpha-GPDH in PCA 38–40 weeks (in standard units); X3 – level of albumin in PCA 38–40 weeks (in g/l); X4 – GGT level in PCA 38–40 weeks (in E/l). If X<0, a low risk of long-term cellular energy deficiency is predicted, and if X>0, a high risk of long-term cellular energy deficits is predicted.

EFFECT: prediction of the risk of developing long-term cellular energy deficiency in children in PCA of 38–40 weeks born in UPD at the age of first year of life.
