SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following content of components per 1000 dal of ready product: fresh apple fruits infusion of the 1-st blend, 6.4-6.8 l; anise essential oil alcoholic infusion 1:100, 0.025-0.035 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 11.3-11.7 l; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.47-0.53 kg, and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid to provide the strength of the blend 40%. Proposed invention allows improving organoleptic indices of vodka, to confer the light matricary tint to its aroma. The testing score is 9.68.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
