SUBSTANCE: special vodka comprises components in the following content, l per 1000 dal of ready product: licorice roots an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 0.45-0.55; 65.8% sugar syrup, 5.25-6.00; anise essential oil alcoholic solution (1:100), 0.25-0.35, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides improving organoleptic indices of vodka and to confer apricot tint to its aroma.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
